Delivery within Rep Of Ireland only
Delivery of the goods will be made to the Buyer’s address as specified in the order. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days (€6) Nationwide. Full payment must be received before goods can be dispatched.
We are happy to offer a click & collect service. You can avail of this instore pick up with prepay. Orders must be collected within 7 days. All items remain the property of The Family Store Ltd. until paid for in full.
We will refund item price, of goods returned within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge this is in accordance with the distance selling regulations (delivery charges are non refundable). Items returned must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags. We require the items to be in original packaging with the receipt included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that are not in a re-saleable condition. A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frame stated above (you must notify the store to discuss your return and whether you wish to get credit or a refund prior to sending the item back). We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns. When returning we require the items to be sent via recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the goods are faulty. Returns can only be made through the same method by which you originally paid. Your bank may take time to process the refund we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing to refund on your account. Please note that your right to return does not apply to certain items, including items that cannot be returned for health & hygiene reasons e.g. hosiery, swimwear, underwear, hats and hair accessories.
